BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY​

At the time of your booking you are required to pay a booking fee in order to secure your appointment. The booking fee is £10 per treatment, a non-refundable deposit towards your total treatment /s price. A booking will not be made until this is received. The booking fee will be deducted from your treatment total.

Appointment must made in advance, this can be done via my online booking system or contacting me via my social media or by email.

You may cancel or change your booking up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time without forfeiting your booking fee.

Should any changes or cancellations be made after this time your booking fee will be lost and you will be required to pay another prior to rebooking.

Please note that there are no exceptions and it is not viewed on a case by case approach.

If using a gift voucher to book with there is no separate booking fee required, however, a £10 fee per treatment booked will be deducted from the voucher total if the above terms are not adhered to
If you are on treatment subscription, your upfront payment is inclusive of your booking however, should you cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice then £10 will be deducted from this and a further £10 will need to be paid in order to complete your course.
BEHAVIOUR
​I will refuse treatment to customers who behave in an ill-mannered, aggressive or hostile way towards myself.

PUNCTUALITY

Please arrive on time for your appointment so we can begin your treatment on time

Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will be applied.

Treatment time stated includes brief consultation and dressing time

Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as I cannot be held responsible for lost items
